OrderPilot provides AI-powered phone ordering services for restaurants. When you place an order by phone with a participating restaurant, we collect your phone number, name (if provided), order details, and delivery address (for delivery orders) to process and fulfill your order.

SMS/Text Messaging: By placing a phone order, you consent to receive order-related text messages (order confirmations, status updates such as acceptance, ready-for-pickup, or out-for-delivery notices). Message frequency varies by order activity — typically 1 to 4 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts may require the restaurant to confirm your orders by phone.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your information is used solely to process your orders, communicate order status, and improve service quality for the restaurant you ordered from.

Data retention: order records and phone numbers are retained to support order history, returning-customer service, and legal/accounting requirements. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the email below.
