OrderPilot operates automated phone ordering on behalf of participating restaurants. By placing an order through an OrderPilot-powered phone line, you agree to these terms.

Orders and confirmations: orders placed by phone may require confirmation by text message (reply YES to confirm, NO to cancel) or may be confirmed automatically, depending on the restaurant. Prices, taxes, fees, and availability are set by the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order.

SMS terms: by placing a phone order you consent to receive order-related text messages. Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase; if you opt out, the restaurant may confirm orders by phone instead.

Payment: unless otherwise stated, payment is collected by the restaurant at pickup or delivery.

Limitation: OrderPilot is a technology provider acting on the restaurant's behalf and is not the seller of the food or services ordered.
